About Setters Furniture:

Graduates trainees will have an opportunity to rotate in 3 of the following divisions over an 11 month period:
Analytics Team: Gain hands-on experience in the business side of furniture design. Assist in market research, sales analysis, and contribute to the development of strategic business initiatives.
Interior Design Team: Get experience in the world of interior design by collaborating on real projects. Learn from experienced professionals and contribute your skills to create stunning and functional spaces.
Marketing Team: If you have a passion for storytelling and promoting creative excellence, you will get an opportunity to gain valuable experience in marketing. Learn to develop and implement marketing strategies, create engaging content, and contribute to building the Setters brand.
Retail Team: Get experience in retail. From customer service and inventory management to sales, we are looking for someone who would like to gain gain hands-on experience in creating exceptional shopping experiences for our customers.

Requirements:
- BCom, Marketing, Public Relations or Interior Design Graduates
- Passion for furniture design and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
